The "Delivery Man" is an unamed, minor but reccuring character in Serial Experiments Lain.
He appears in the episode Layer 02 were he brings Lain's new NAVI. Lain who at this point doesn't uderstand much about technology let the "Delivery Man" explains to her. He also later appears delivering a mysterious PCB to Masatsugu Shoko while trying to seduce her.
He works for Nakayama Transportation (仲山運送).
